By applying for the grant you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Start.Pivot.Grow., a division of Integrality, LLC, will collect entries until March 31st, 2024 and choose a winner by April 1st, 2024 and announced on April 24, 2024 during National Small Business Week Celebration kick off. The winner will be given a check or have the option for ACH deposit for $2,500 with the submission of a signed W-9. No purchase necessary. The winner will not be required to pay to apply for the grant. Entrants must own an U.S. based active for profit small business and fill out a form before 11:59 pm, March 31st, 2024. Only one entry per person/business will be accepted. The grant will be awarded to one winner who has completed and submitted a form. Start.Pivot.Grow. will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Integrality, LLC takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Start.Pivot.Grow./Integrality, LLC after the winner has been selected. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Start.Pivot.Grow.'s reasonable control, Start.Pivot.Grow./Integrality, LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
