Start.Pivot.Grow. Accelerator is a national accelerator and business development program dedicated to fueling equitable wealth distribution, fostering development, and driving business innovation. We support small to midsize businesses through results-driven business education, business advising, and access to capital programs.
In collaboration with the UPS Foundation, Dallas College Foundation, and Integrality, Start.Pivot.Grow. Accelerator offers low to no-cost business management training courses, workshops, and webinars to business executives, managers, and leaders across the U.S. These programs are designed to enhance management workforce skills, increase improve productivity, enhance increase operational efficiencies, and maximize profitability.
We provide grant-funded accelerators for small to midsize business owners and operators aiming to scale their businesses into 6-figure to 7-figure revenue-generating ventures that create jobs, access capital, and build stronger communities. By partnering with community colleges, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), banks, and corporations, we deliver practical, real-world business education, technical assistance, and access to capital to BIPOC entrepreneurs.

Accelerator Requirements
HOW IT WORKS
Business Owner
Own and operate an active retail, e-commerce, or franchise business for 2 years or more
Annual Revenue
Must earn $100,000 or more in annual revenue
Number of
Employees
Must have 2 or more employees or contractors (including owner)
Time Commitment
Must be able to attend online and onsite workshops, webinars and business advising sessions 1-2 days a week for 8-10 weeks
