New $2,500 Small Business Grant Application Now Open
Local business owner is taking things into her own hands to help jumpstart economic development for small businesses in the U.S.
Start.Pivot.Grow is an accelerator and business assistance program founded during the pandemic by Cynthia Nevels, President of Integrality, LLC in Dallas, Texas.
Our program has helped small businesses who have completed our accelerator programs, attended our workshops, bootcamps and webinars raise nearly half a million dollars over the last 18-months and we're not stopping until we reach a million in 2024.
We've introduced several new programs, training events, and products to help small business owners and we're happy to have new sponsors and partners join us this year. We have had much success with our model that includes training, hands on business advising, and technical assistance and digital applications designed to help small business owners achieve their milestones and goals they set in the program. We help fill the gaps entrepreneurs have with real-world experience and hands on assistance that other programs are built to provide.
This year, I am taking my own capital and awarding more grants to small businesses that need a jumpstart. A $2,500 grant may not seem impactful to a large multi billion dollar company but to a 6-figure business that needs a new CRM system, to hire a contract bookkeeper, or to purchase a new website that will help their business grow 10% - 50% in a year - it means a great deal.
The application opens January 3rd and closes March 31st. It is open to small businesses that have been active for two years or more and those who submit the application form before the deadline. That is it. Simple application. Link to apply listed below.
One will be selected by April 1st and the winner will be announced during SBA's National Small Business Week which happens April 28 - May 2, 2024. For more than 50 years, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has celebrated National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Start.Pivot.Grow. is launching it's seventh cohort on February 5, 2024. Twenty small business owners will be accepted into the program and complete an 8-week program designed to help business owners build a solid business, create an action plan and growth strategy and position their business to access capital via the $10,000 pitch competition held each cohort for eligible accelerator participants. To date, Start.Pivot.Grow has awarded over $40,000 in business grants and expect to reach $100,000 in 2024.
