Jennifer Allen, Owner and CEO of Just Elope, is a shining example of what happens when entrepreneurial grit meets academic opportunity. A 2025 graduate of the Start.Pivot.Grow. Business Growth Accelerator, powered by Integrality, Dallas College, The UPS Foundation, Wells Fargo Foundation, and the Dallas College Foundation, Jennifer has not only scaled her business since completing the program—she’s also on track to graduate from Dallas College Mountain View Campus with her Associate Degree in December 2025.
Since completing the accelerator, Jennifer has taken Just Elope from a growing concept to a widely recognized brand in the wedding and elopement industry. Her business has generated over $144,000 in revenue, earned $8,000 in grant awards, and received national recognition on platforms such as:
PBS’s StartUp – 26-minute national episode feature
WFAA Channel 8 – Multiple appearances including a live wedding officiated on-air
NBC Channel 5 – Opening day wedding coverage at the State Fair of Texas
Good Morning Texas – Curated "Wedding Week," officiating a segment finale wedding

Speaking engagements at the Association of Bridal Consultants National Conference and Active & Amplify Conference in Dallas
In addition, Jennifer was selected for the Fiverr Future Collective Cohort, receiving $8,000 in capital and $4,000 in service credits to elevate her brand.
But she hasn’t stopped there. Jennifer is now preparing to launch Fiancé Fuel, a wedding wellness supplement designed to help brides and grooms thrive during the wedding planning process. Developed in partnership with a chemist and medical advisor, the supplement is slated for release in October 2025.
With five contractors hired, zero debt, and a rapidly expanding platform, Jennifer attributes her growth in large part to the foundation laid by the Start.Pivot.Grow. program and the supportive ecosystem formed by Integrality, Dallas College, and the Dallas College Foundation.
“The Start.Pivot.Grow. program helped lay the foundation for these accomplishments, and I’m incredibly grateful for the momentum it’s helped create in my journey,” says Jennifer.
As she prepares to cross the graduation stage at Dallas College later this year, Jennifer Allen exemplifies the power of educational advancement paired with entrepreneurial acceleration. She represents a new wave of business owners who are building sustainable enterprises while investing in personal and professional growth.
